Predictor Monitor - GW3

Updated: Oct 2

Gameweek 3’s predictions saw an increase in the success rate of our sites as they start to get a better idea on the preferred lineups for this new season. This week we actually saw not one but two sites hit the magic 90% + mark.

Our winner this week is Fantasy Football Scout who has been one of the best performers every week and have been impressively consistent so far.

Most improved goes to whoscored. Last week they were well off the pace with an 84.09% success rate but this week they smashed it and got exactly 90% (we like to think this article spurred them on)

It seems Rotowire has taken its eye off the ball and takes last spot. Having been strong in the first two weeks we will just have to wait and see if this is just a blip.

Our sites struggled with the Arsenal lineup this week. To everyone’s surprise new signing Gabriel dropped out for Luiz and although 2/6 predicted a Luiz start not one of our sites successfully predicted Holding, Luis and Tierney as the Arsenal back three.

Maitland-Niles and Elneny coming back into the side only added to their woe. A tough one to predict next week as well i’m sure.

Aston Villa and Everton were both with unchanged lineups and all sites successfully predicted them

So the battle to be the best lineup predictor is really hotting up. Will the FPL big boys, Scout and Hub start to run away with things or will the Tipz team, with their local club knowledge, continue to punch above their weight? Time will tell...
